Neighborhood Watch Program

It is the responsibility of citizens and police officers to make our community as safe as possible.  We are stronger when we work together to prevent crime.

You can help by acting as extra "eyes and ears" for the police by reporting any suspicious activity which can help prevent burglaries and other crimes from happening in the the first place.

Working together as neighbors and meeting with police officer to talk about crime and how it affects us is a great place to start.  Do you want to focus on burglary prevention, or should your program also aim at reducing other crimes?  The officer can give advice on how your group can be most effective and become a liaison between your group and the Eliot Police Department.

The town of Eliot is a wonderful place to live and we need your help to keep it that way.

Neighborhood Crime Watch is designed to provide awareness of how not to be a victim.   If you would like to get started or have any questions, please contact us at 207-439-1179.
